1) Think of re-localization as economic development.
2) As transition begins, trying be all-inclusive may not be as important as making sure those who are already on-board have the right "tools."
3) The key to adoption by all is to create a livelihood.
4) Lead with the hands, leave the "head" for later.
5) Form broad alliances so you won't be put in a box.
